Software built around your business — not the other way around.
Vorion Solutions designs and builds custom web applications and business software for companies that have outgrown generic tools — from first sketch to a system your team actually uses every day.

The problem
You've outgrown the tools you started with
Most businesses don't need software because it's fashionable. They need it because the current setup quietly costs them hours every week.
01
Work lives in spreadsheets that only one person fully understands.
02
The same data gets typed into three different systems.
03
Your SaaS subscription does 60% of the job and blocks the other 40%.
04
Reporting means someone spends a day copying numbers by hand.
05
New hires take weeks to learn a process nobody wrote down.
If two or more of those sound familiar, custom software is usually cheaper than the workaround.
What we build
Three things we do properly
We're a development studio, not a full-service agency. No ads, no SEO retainers, no social media — just software.
Custom web applications
Who it's for
Teams whose process doesn't fit any product on the market.
Problem it solves
Off-the-shelf tools force your team to work the way the tool wants. We build the application around the workflow you already use.
Typical builds
— Client and case portals
— Booking and scheduling systems
— Internal dashboards with real permissions
Business & workflow systems
Who it's for
Companies running operations across spreadsheets and email.
Problem it solves
Manual re-entry, no audit trail, no single source of truth. We consolidate it into one system your team actually opens every morning.
Typical builds
— Order, inventory and production tracking
— Approval flows and document generation
— Integrations between tools you already pay for
SaaS MVP development
Who it's for
Founders who need a real product in front of real users.
Problem it solves
Prototypes that can't take payment or scale waste a round of feedback. We ship a narrow, production-grade first version.
Typical builds
— Multi-tenant apps with auth and billing
— Usage-based dashboards
— A scoped v1 built to be extended, not thrown away
Also: websites and ongoing support
We build fast, well-structured marketing sites for clients we develop software for, and we stay available afterwards for iteration, fixes and new features. These support the core work rather than replace it.
We have one published client project so far, so the screens below are our own concepts, built to show structure and interaction rather than to imply work we haven't done.
Demo / concept — not a client project
Quote and approval flow
A queue of incoming requests, a quote built from configurable price rules, and an approval step that records who signed off and when.
Role-based permissions
Generated PDF documents
Full audit trail
Demo / concept — not a client project
Client portal
A signed-in area where a client sees the status of their work, downloads documents and leaves comments that reach the right person.
Per-client data isolation
Document versioning
Email notifications
Sample data throughout. No client information is shown anywhere on this site.
Why Vorion Solutions
What you get that a template shop can't offer
01
Built around your workflow
We start from how your business actually runs today, not from a layout that has to be bent into shape.
02
Ownership settled up front
Before the build starts we agree in writing where the code, the database and the accounts live and who holds them — and we set them up in your name wherever the platform allows it.
03
One point of contact
No account manager relaying messages. The person you meet on the first call stays responsible for the project through launch.
04
Modern, boring tooling
Proven stack, typed end to end, deployed continuously. Interesting problems belong in your domain, not your infrastructure.
05
Scoped in phases
Each phase has a fixed scope and a fixed price, so you can stop or extend after any of them.
06
Written down, not implied
Decisions, structure and handover are documented, so the system survives staff changes on both sides.
How we work
Four steps, no surprises
Every project follows the same path, and you know what the next step costs before it starts.
1
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on how your business runs today, what breaks, and what a fix would be worth. We ask a lot of questions and take notes.
2
Proposal & scope
We define phase one precisely: screens, data, integrations, what's explicitly out of scope, timeline and fixed price.
3
Build
Short cycles with a working environment you can open at any point. You see progress weekly and can adjust before things are set.
4
Launch & support
Deployment, handover of accounts and code, and a walkthrough for your team. Afterwards we stay available for changes.
It depends on scope, integrations and how much of the process is already defined. Our cost guide breaks down the ranges and what moves them.
How long does it take?+
A focused first version typically runs a few weeks to a few months. We scope phase by phase so you get something usable early instead of waiting for everything.
Isn't a SaaS subscription cheaper?+
Often yes — and we'll say so when it is. Custom pays off when the process is the competitive advantage, or when licence and workaround costs already exceed a build.
Who owns the code?+
That is agreed in writing before we start. Wherever the platform allows it, the repository, database and hosting accounts are created in your name from day one; where a third-party platform is involved we tell you exactly what transfers and what does not.
What if we need changes after launch?+
Most clients continue with iteration work. There's no mandatory retainer — you use the hours you need.
Do you work with companies outside Serbia?+
Yes. We work in Serbian and English, remotely, across European time zones.
Can you take over an existing project?+
Sometimes. We start with a short review of the codebase and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is the better investment.
What happens on the first call?+
Thirty minutes on your process and where it breaks. You leave with a direction, whether or not you work with us.
