What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the project type you pick and the message itself. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not use third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
Your submission is used for a single purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if we go ahead, discussing and scoping the project. We never sell your data and we never add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in a managed cloud database accessible only to Vorion Solutions, and email correspondence lives in our business email account. Both are protected by access controls and encrypted connections. If you need the hosting region or the processor named in writing, ask us and we will confirm it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Records tied to an active or completed engagement are kept for as long as the working relationship and applicable accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will action the request within 30 days.
