A founder-led studio, not a large impersonal agency.
Vorion Solutions is a boutique software development studio based in Serbia. We work with small and medium businesses that have hit the ceiling of spreadsheets, generic SaaS subscriptions and half-fitting tools, and need a system built around their actual processes.
The studio is led by its founder, Nikola. He runs the discovery conversation, defines the product and the scope, and stays responsible for delivery through launch and beyond, working with a small group of specialists on implementation. That keeps the loop short — you are never relaying requirements through a chain of account managers.
We deliberately stay narrow. We do not sell SEO retainers, ad campaigns or social media packages. What we do is design and build custom web applications, internal systems and business tools, and then keep improving them once they are live.

How we think about the work
Clarity before code
We do not start building until the workflow, the scope and the constraints are written down and agreed on.
Maintainable by default
Readable code, standard tooling, documented decisions. Software another team can pick up without a rewrite.
Honest scope
If a smaller build solves the problem, we say so. If a request will cost more than it returns, we say that too.
