Process

How a project runs, start to finish

The same four steps every time. Each one ends with something concrete you can review before committing to the next.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes on how your business runs today, what breaks, and what a fix would be worth. We ask a lot of questions and take notes.

    You get

A written summary of the problem and a first recommendation.

  2. 2

    Proposal & scope

We define phase one precisely: screens, data, integrations, what's explicitly out of scope, timeline and fixed price.

    You get

A scope document and a fixed price for phase one.

  3. 3

    Build

Short cycles with a working environment you can open at any point. You see progress weekly and can adjust before things are set.

    You get

A working system, reviewed and adjusted as it's built.

  4. 4

    Launch & support

Deployment, handover of accounts and code, and a walkthrough for your team. Afterwards we stay available for changes.

    You get

A live system you own, plus documentation and a support line.

After launch

No mandatory retainer. Most clients come back with new requirements as the business changes, and we pick up where we left off.

  • Founder-led delivery
  • Ownership agreed in writing
  • Fixed scope per phase
  • Serbian and English

Tell us where your process breaks

One call, thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We'll tell you what we'd build, roughly what it costs, and whether you should build it at all.

  • A concrete recommendation, not a sales pitch
  • Rough budget range on the call
  • No obligation to continue
