Who we are
Vorion Solutions is a software development studio based in Serbia, providing custom web application and business software development services. These terms cover the use of this website and the general framework of working with us.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for information only. Descriptions of services, process and past work do not constitute a binding offer. Text, code samples, logos and design on this site belong to Vorion Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and price. Work begins only once that proposal is accepted in writing.
Project work, ownership and payment
Unless the signed proposal states otherwise, all custom source code and assets we deliver become your property once the project is paid in full. Third-party libraries stay under their own licences. Payment terms, milestones and support arrangements are defined per project in the proposal.
Liability and governing law
We deliver our work with professional care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software after handover. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
